Under house Management Ltd was formed by Ghedeon Costin in 2009.
Over the past 14 years Ghedeon has excavated over 130 basements and has extensive knowledge in his field.
He is always willing to go the extra mile for his clients and he prides himself on being able to finish the project on time and on budget.
Make a ConsultationGhedeon attends all sites on a daily basis to brief the guys and make sure the sites are run safely and efficiently. He has recently qualified for NVQ6 Site Management, and has attended regular training courses over the years to build up his knowledge and better the company. Underhouse Management Ltd are accredited by FMB, Registered Delta Waterproofing Installer’s, members of the Considerate Contractors Scheme, and are currently registering for ASUC.
We have over the years spent lots of time and effort training our workers to meet the current standards of Basement Excavation, this would include SSSTS,SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness, Confined Space Training, First Aid, Temporary Works Co-ordinator and Face Fit Training.
Dan Church joined Under house Management in April 2016. Dan’s background was working in the Merchant industry for 15 years and he has extensive knowledge of building materials. Dan has completed his NVQ6 Site Management qualification and is moving into site management under Ghedeon’s supervision Dan was made a director in May of 2021.
